A sport kids love
Flag football is American football without contact. Instead of tackling, players pull a flag from the opponent's belt – so it is played without helmets or pads.
Safe, no contact
No hits, no tackling. The game is fast, yet safe even for complete beginners.
Exercise they enjoy
Running, throwing and catching. An hour that leaves kids tired and happy.
Friends and team spirit
They learn to work together, decide fast and cheer each other on – and make new friends.

Sportswear and indoor shoes for the gym. Cleats for outdoors help, but are not required.
Right now we practise in school gyms. Outdoor practice will be on the ZŠ Koperníkova pitch.
No. We teach everything from scratch – the rules, throwing, catching and running. All it takes is wanting to move.
