Our
story.
We have been playing American football in Teplice since 2012. Today we are a team of over forty players with our own history and two 3rd league semi-finals in a row.
- 2012
Nordians is born
On 6 August 2012 the NORDIANS club is officially founded. A group of enthusiasts from Teplice and around gives American football in northern Bohemia a name and colours.
- 2013
Joining the ČAAF
The club becomes a member of the Czech American Football Association, opening the way to league play.
- 2015
First official season
Nordians play their first official competitive season.
- 2024
3rd league semi-final
A play-off run all the way to the 3rd league semi-final.
- 2025
Semi-final again
For the second year in a row among the top four teams of the 3rd league.

Today
Over forty players, practice in Teplice and Osek, and open recruitment for anyone who wants to start.

We finished both the 2024 and 2025 seasons in the 3rd league semi-final. Twice in a row among the top four – and hungry for more.
Our values
Team over individuals
There are eleven people on the field and each has to do their job. We have no stars, we have a team.
Hard work pays off
We practice even in the November rain. Two semi-finals in a row did not happen by accident.
Respect
For opponents, referees and teammates. Hard on the field, fair off it.
Open doors for all
Body type and experience do not matter. Anyone willing to work finds a place with us.
