During winter training we practice on Tuesdays at Nord Gym; in spring practice moves back outside. Check our Instagram for current changes.
The membership fee is CZK 2,100 per quarter. Your first practices are free, so you can try it before you commit.
Not at the start. We lend you a helmet and pads for the first months. Later you can buy your own, and we will help you pick it.
We take players aged 16 and over. Players under 18 need a signed consent from a parent.
Not at all. American football has a place for every body type and weight class – fast, tall, strong, and those who are just getting into sport. You will build your fitness with us.
Sportswear, cleats or sneakers, a water bottle and a good mood. We will sort out the rest.
No. The coaches will explain everything on the field. Most of our players knew football only from TV.
