Privacy policy.

This page explains what personal data NORDIANS z.s. processes about you, why, for how long and what your rights are. We try to process only what we really need.

Team application (the “Join us” form)

What data: first and last name, e-mail, phone and any message you write to us.
Why: to get back to you and arrange your first practice.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by e-mail.
How long: for the duration of recruitment, no longer than 12 months after sending the application. If you become a club member, we keep your data in our membership records.

When you e-mail us

We use the data from your e-mail (address, name and message) only to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry.

Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary – required for the website to work. We store your cookie choice (nd-consent) and selected language (nd-lang) in your browser. No consent is needed.
Cookie-free visitor statistics – Umami counts visits and shows us which pages are read and where visitors come from. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and cannot identify you – the data is anonymous and aggregated, so no consent is needed. We respect your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting.
Analytics – Microsoft Clarity shows us how the website is used: click and scroll maps and anonymised session recordings. Form contents are not recorded (they are masked). Loaded only with your consent.
Marketing – Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) measures the effectiveness of our ads. Loaded only with your consent.

You can change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

Maps: on the Contact page, the Google Maps map loads only when you click “Show map”.

We never sell your data. It is processed on our behalf only by these service providers:

Formspree, Inc., USA (sending the “Join us” form and delivering it to our e-mail),
Vercel Inc., USA (website hosting – processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs when a page is displayed),
Umami Software, Inc., USA (anonymous cookie-free visitor statistics),
Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft Clarity – only with consent),
Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Maps – only after clicking),
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel – only with consent).

Some providers may process data outside the EU. In that case the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, data portability, to object and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to team@nordians.cz.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
